Women Model Management Review

Women Model Management is highly regarded in the industry for its professionalism and dedication to their models. They provide comprehensive support to their models, helping them navigate the complexities of the industry and achieve their career goals.

Who Runs Women Model Management?

Paul Rowland is the founder and CEO of the organization, with Anthony Bourgois serving as the President for Women US.

In Paris, the agency is managed by Nathalie Cros-Coitton, a seasoned professional in the fashion industry with a wealth of experience in model management. Her leadership has been pivotal in expanding the agency’s presence on the West Coast.

In Milan, the agency is led by Piero Piazzi, who is considered one of the most important international model agents and talent scouts. Piazzi has been with Women Milano since 2003 and currently serves as the President of Women Management. His leadership has been instrumental in discovering and launching some of the greatest supermodels, including Marpessa Hennink and Monica Bellucci.

The History of Women Model Management

Before opening his own agency, Paul Rowland was a model himself, who transitioned into a booker when “one day there was some drama, some booker didn’t come in,” so he said he’d answer the phones. He realized the potential in representing women models and thus, Women Model Management’s tale began in 1988. He had a vision to introduce a new aesthetic to the world of fashion and his unique approach quickly earned the agency respect and recognition.

As the agency’s reputation grew, so did its reach. In 1999, Women Management expanded its operations to Paris, staying true to the philosophy that had made it a respected entity in the industry. The Paris office quickly became a prominent player in the Paris fashion scene.

The agency’s growth continued unabated, and in 2002, Women Management opened its doors in Milan. The Milan office upheld the aesthetic vision that had become a hallmark of Women Model Management while continuing to uphold the agency’s strong ethical standards.

The most recent addition to the Women Model Management network is the Los Angeles office. This expansion has allowed the agency to extend its influence in the fashion industry. Today, Women Model Management, as part of the Elite World Group network, continues to be a leading force in the fashion industry. Its commitment to its founding philosophy and its adaptability in the ever-evolving landscape of the modeling industry have ensured its ongoing success and growth.
